Makeup Review

I am so proud of myself, because this post makes number 20. Yeah me!! On a recent trip to MAC I picked up a couple items. An eyebrow pencil, concealer pro longwear and a travel size fix+.
I have thick eyebrows, but wanted them a little fuller at the end. I went on YouTube and the #1 recommended eye brow pencil was MAC's Spiked. I tried the NYC 922 dark brown, but it was to thick. Spiked is a medium brown eyebrow pencil. It's a little pricey ($15), but you don't have to buy a sharpener. Spiked is retractable, just like the pencil we used in school. It goes on light. It gives your eyebrows the perfect arch. Be careful, because it can easily break and you never know when you are going to run out.
Pro Longwear Concealer; lasts up to 15hrs. My color is NC 45. This concealer is a little different. It comes in a glass bottle with a pump. It is medium to full coverage. Good for covering dark circles and spot on the face. I brought it because, I want to learn how to fill in my eyebrows. Concealer is a must have. I use it as a highlight on my brow bone, cleaning leftover makeup or for my dark circle. It gives me a good look, not heavy on my face.

I hear people talk about Fix+ all the time, so I decided to give it a try. I recently purchased Asylum from Sugarpill and I had a hard time getting the intensity of the color. I had to pack a lot on. Until I sprayed a little bit of Fix+. This product had my shadow in place and the pigment was very bright. I used it to set my makeup and it stayed on all day.
I created this look, by spraying Fix+ onto my brush. My shadow was intensified and vibrant. The eyeshadows that I used were, Sugarpill Asylum and MAC Embark.
Don't forget to save those empty containers, because MAC has a recycling program. For every six empty container that you take back to the MAC store, MAC will give you a free lipstick, eye shadow or lip gloss.
