Hey is that a "bow" in your pants or are you just happy to see me? Actor Idris Elba, just made the "Bow Tie" a little bit sexier. On Saturday, he attended the 25th Annual Palm Spring International Film Festival, with a smile and bow in tow. Before hitting the Red Carpet, he wanted us to know what makes his third leg stand up:
