The Grammys 2014: Color Trend

Monday, January 27, 2014

Ladies In Red. This color seems to be the color of the year.
R&B signer Tamar Braxton, was up for three awards for the night. Her strapless, floor length, Michael Costello gown, lit up the red carpet.

Country superstar Miranda Lambert, was red hot in her Pamella Roland gown. I couldn't help but notice her slimmed to figure, she looked great.

Signer and songwriter Colbie Caillat, was on fire in this Ezra Santos dress. The lace, high neck, with a strip of sheer was one of my favs.

The biggest night for the music industry got off to a hot and steamy start. Power couple Beyonce and Jay-Z kicked off the Grammys with their performance of Drunk In Love.

Right in White. No, it was not wedded day for these ladies, but they chose white to walk down the isle on the red carpet.

R&B singer Beyonce, dazzle in her sheer, lace embroidered, curved to hugging Michael Costello gown. I thought she looked great, the girl can do no wrong.

Reality star Paris Hilton, was OMG gor in this House of Milani. She was stunning in this sheer panel, floor length, high neck dress.

Singer Katy Perry, hit a low note in this Valentino gown. Sheer with musical notes. The look was an A flat.
One of the night's best performances [for me], was Rapper Kendrick Lamar and Pop/Rock band Imagine Dragons. They rocked the stage with Imagine Dragons' hit Radio Active.
Mad for Metallic or Metal. These ladies rocked out in their Metal looks.

Model and singer John Legend's wife Christine Teigen was absolutely gorgeous as she walked the red carpet in a gold Johanna Johnson gown.

Singer and mommy-to-be Ciara looked great as she shows off her baby bump in Pucci. The dress was gold beaded and floor length.

Singer Taylor Swift, was glowing in Gucci. Her chain mesh, floor length gown was to die for. Even thought she's a bit much with her in the crowd moment.

  1. I like your picks! Beyonce and Colbie's dresses were PERFECT in my eyes! Loved them both! I like Katy Perry's as well, but those two were tough to beat!

  3. Thanks for stopping by. Miranda Lambert has been doing something, because she did look great. Most of the performances were great and some were ok. After a while it was a bore. BTW that hand on the hip is my signature pose. Lolololol.
