Whenever I want to wear my hair wavy my go to product is my wand. The wand gives you a nice tight curl that will last most of the day.
The problem with the wand... It will give you a nice burn if you are not careful (trust me, I have burnt my fingers plenty of times) and you have to use your hand to wrap your hair around the barrel. So, I was happy when Kiss Products came out with the IntsaWave-Automatic Curler.
The InstaWave creates beautiful, long-lasting curls instantly without the burn that you may get from a wand. You can create all types of curls with this product... The more heat the tighter the curl, low heat the loose curls.
It is also good for all lengths of hair, but not all textures. My hair is semi-natural and this product would not curl my natural hair, however, I did get a better curl with hair weave. My wand did a better job curling my natural hair.
Here is a step by step guide on how to use InstaWave:
- Hold InstaWave vertically and place it parallel along the section of hair.
- Push button to rotate the curl barrel to the left or right....
InstaWave will automatically catch and curl hair. - Continue to hold the button until hair is completely around the bar. Once your hair is around the barrel release button and allow hair to heat 3-10 seconds.
- Now that your hair is curled, release InstaWave straight down to see your beautiful waves.
My Take: This a great product if the texture of your hair is straight, curly or wavy. If you have course or kinky hair... The InstaWave will not give you that great of a curl. However, the innovative dial is a great way to prevent burns and I love how it catches the hair to wrap around the barrel. It's easy to use, curls your hair quickly and tangle free.
-I received free product in exchange for a written review on the blog. Although this a sponsored post, all opinions are my own.
