Fashion | High Waisted Denim

One of my summer loves is denim shorts, whether they are distressed, dye or low-cut. Denim shorts are a must-have for your summertime wardrobe. High-Waisted is my favorite way to wear denim shorts. This retro look will keep you cool on a hot summer day. You can also, dress them with a tank, button down or add a blazer. Heels, flats, sneakers or wedges go great with high-waisted shorts. Have you been working on the legs this spring? High-Waisted shorts are a great way to show off those toned legs and thighs.

I love anything that has a high-waist, because it hit me at the hips, gives me a coke bottle appearance and hides that unwanted belly. Let's face it, some us of don't have enough hours in a day to work out. When I walked into H&M and saw these shorts, two things caught my eye. The price ($19) and the front pockets.  For my look,  I added a frill crop top, a pair of wedges and a floral necklace also from H&M.
