DIY | How To Create A Blogger Planner Notebook

Thursday, February 04, 2016

I love keeping myself on task and organized. Between working two jobs and keeping this blog afloat, it's easy to get side tracked. Call me old school, but I still love writing things down on paper. I need to visual see what is going on. Every year I run out and buy the most stylish planner I can find. A planner helps me to come up with blog post ideas, video scheduling for YouTube and any event that I plan to attend.
In this DIY project, I create my own planner. This was easy and simple to do and you don't have to spend a ton of money to create. But, there are a few things you need to keep in mind:

The first I did when creating my DIY Planner, was to search for a calendar template. Template can come in a single or double page calendars. You can find some great printable calendar for free. I also chose the cover (front and back), the size (A5) and the layout of my planner.

Next I added my own personal touch. I put gold dots on the cover to make it more of my style, a dashboard and added stickers to some of my important dates. I also added tabs, dividers and a pouch for storage.
