In April, I decided it was time to get my body back in shape. Along with weight training, I
incorporated some cardio. Part of my cardio routine included hitting the pavement, 10 miles a week for two months. But, an injury sidelined me from running. I tripped on a stump and hurt my calf and hamstring. I tried to use compression socks to ease the pain, that didn't help. A young lady recommended that I use Turmeric to help with the inflammation. I used it for a month and surprisingly it helped to reduce the pain.

What Is Turmeric?

Turmeric is a plant that is apart of the ginger family. It is grown throughout India, parts of Asia and Central America. Know as the "Golden Spice" because of its bright yellow color. Turmeric is one of the oldest used seasonal spice and an herbal remedy. You may have heard the spice called curry powder, many cultures use this spice to season their food. Every heard of Curry Chicken.

Benefits Of Turmeric

Turmeric has been used in Indian has an Ayurveda medicine for thousands of years. Tumeric has many different health benefits. Here are a few reasons why this should be added to your supplement:

• Reduces inflammation

• Promotes healthy joints in people with Rheumatoid arthritis

• Supports the cardiovascular system helping to decrease the chances of a heart attack or heart disease

• Improves Cholesterol levels

• Boosts Immune system

• Improves cognitive function

Liquid vs Pill, Powder, Tea

A pill can be a hard thing to swallow, that's why most people prefer a liquid form of supplements. Liquid supplements are easier to consume and digest. Liquid supplements absorb and break down at a higher rate than pill form. And, there is no need to take with H20.

SBR Nutrition helps alleviate this absorption issue by bringing you their high-quality Turmeric Curcumin liquid drops. SBR Nutrition liquid formula helps ensure your body gets the nutrients it needs. SBR is made in the USA, contains no GMO and this product is Vegan.
