I take oral hygiene very seriously. One because I have a huge phobia about having bad breath, this is the reason why I chew gum like I smoke cigarettes. Two, these are my last set of teeth, so I better take care good of them. And, three I know "a smile is worth a thousand words."
I love to follow the 2-2-2 rule... I make sure I visit the dentist twice a year, I floss and brush twice a day and brush for my teeth for at least two minutes. I know it's a rule for children, but I still live by it. However, when I visit the dentist I'm always told that I not cleaning my molars well enough. Those pesky molars can be very hard to reach with a manual toothbrush. A manual toothbrush is not small enough to reach those morals. My dentist recommended that I switch to an electric toothbrush.

My Take on the CariPRO Electric Toothbrush
1. The cariPRO did not any damage to my gums or teeth. My teeth are extra sensitive and I always buy soft toothbrushes. The cariPRO brush heads are gentle enough to protect tooth enamel and reduce injuries to my gums.
2. It helped to remove any plaque build-up. My teeth and tongue were fresh and clean.
3. The timer was is a great feature, because it lets me know every 30 seconds that it's time to move to the next quad. This really helped me keep up with brushing for two minutes. I love when the two minutes are up the toothbrush automatically shuts off.
4. There is no need to charge this toothbrush every night. When the battery is fully charged, the toothbrush can be used for 30 pre-timed brush cycles.
5. I like to brush my teeth while taking a shower. I love that used this toothbrush in the shower or bathtub.
6. After using the carioPro electric toothbrush I will never use a manual toothbrush again. I absolutely loved this product. The cariPRO electric toothbrush is easy to use, it pretty much does all the brushing for you. It has improved my oral hygiene. My breath is fresher, plaque build-up is reduced, my teeth and gum are healthier.

- Sensitive- Ideal for users who find the default clean mode to be slightly aggressive. This gentle cleaning mode is turned well for those with sensitive gums and teeth
